You handle the patient.
We handle the notes.

TScribe converts spoken clinical findings into structured, validated reports in under a minute. Built for radiologists and sonographers working in real-world African clinical environments.

TScribe open on a desktop and a phone, both showing the recording screen ready to dictate a report.
Capabilities

Everything you need, nothing you don't

No steep learning curve, and more than one way to get the report where it belongs.

Freestyle Notetaking

Speak naturally about your findings. TScribe extracts structure, key entities, and clinical intent so you never have to format by hand.

Custom Templates

Build and save your own report templates for any modality or specialty. Your structure, your headings, your preferences.

Template Library

Start from a curated collection of specialty-specific templates covering radiology, sonography, CT, MRI, X-ray, and general clinical notes.

Conversation Recording

Record patient encounters and transcribe them accurately later, with built-in noise cancellation for busy clinical environments.

Formatting that survives the paste

Headings, bold, bullet lists and numbering come through as formatting, not as stray asterisks. Edit the draft in place, correct a measurement by voice, and the structure holds.

Privacy by Design

Patient data and reports are not stored on our servers. Audio is processed in transit and discarded immediately after the report is returned.

Two Modes

Built for the way you actually work

Whether you are dictating a full radiology report or capturing structured intake data in the field, TScribe has a mode for it.

Report Mode

Long-form clinical reports, in seconds

Dictate your findings the way you always have. TScribe structures them into a validated radiology or sonography report, with critical fields highlighted for your review before you sign off.

Form Mode

Voice-driven structured data capture

Speak into a predefined form and watch the fields populate in real time. Ideal for blood donation drives, community health campaigns, triage intake, and research data collection.

Getting it where it belongs

Three ways out, and you pick per report

Copy and paste always works and always will. It is the floor, not the ceiling.

Copy and paste

One tap puts the finished report on your clipboard, formatting intact. Paste into your EMR, your HIS, Word, or an email. Nothing to install and nobody to ask.

The browser extension

If your records system runs in a browser, dictate straight into the field you are already standing in. The report lands in the box rather than on your clipboard, so there is no window to switch to and nothing to lose track of.

Direct to your records system

For departments that want it, TScribe can file the finished report into the patient record over the standard interfaces your system already speaks, including HL7 FHIR. Set up once by an administrator. Talk to us about whether yours fits.

You are never locked into one of these. A report you meant to file can be copied instead, and nothing about the way you dictate changes.

Templates

Your reporting style, not ours

Two radiologists reporting the same study write it differently, and both are right. A tool that flattens that is one you stop using by the second week.

Start from the library

Ready-made structures for ultrasound, CT, MRI, X-ray, mammography, echo and general clinical notes. Use one as it is on your first day.

Make it yours

Change the headings, reorder the sections, drop the ones you never fill. Your normal statements, your phrasing, your house style.

Build from scratch

For a study nobody templated, or a departmental protocol that has to be followed exactly. Save it once and it is there every time.

Normals in one breath

Say a study is unremarkable and the normal statements fill themselves. You dictate the findings that differ, which is the part only you can write.

Speak the measurements

Sizes, volumes and laterality land in the right fields as you say them, rather than being typed in afterwards from a note you made on paper.

Correct by voice

Change a measurement or rewrite an impression without picking up the keyboard. The rest of the report stays exactly as it was.

See it work

One study, start to finish

No slides. A real dictation, the draft it produces, and the report going where it needs to go.

Walkthrough coming shortly

Want to see it before then? Ask for a live demo and we will run one on a study you choose.

Privacy

We do not keep your reports

Not as a policy we could quietly change. The reports and the recordings are not on our servers to begin with.

No stored reports

There is no table of your reports here. A finished report lives on your device and wherever you sent it, and nowhere else.

Audio is discarded

Recordings are processed and dropped. They are not archived, not replayed, and not kept for improving anything.

Your history stays yours

Past reports on your device are yours to keep or clear. Clearing them is not a request to us; nothing has to be deleted anywhere else.

Encrypted in transit

TLS 1.2 or higher on every connection, on every platform, with no option to turn it off.

What an admin can see

On a department account: how much was used and what was filed, never the clinical content. Your colleagues cannot read your reports and neither can we.

Leave whenever

Delete your account from your profile. It closes immediately, is permanently removed after 30 days, and we stop emailing you the moment you ask.
